It's the only rub I will ever use on my brisket, but I also use it on Tri-tip, Pork, Chicken,etc. But one of my favorite things to do is make Big Smokey Bread. It's French bread with olive oil and butter spread over it and then you season the bread with Big Smokey and put in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. It is the bomb!!!
